Sounds good, hopefully we get a back story on who William was and how Christina is able to transform into him. In addition, how was Ruby able to become Dell (in other words, are you only able to transform into people that are dead, and affiliated with the "Sons of Adam")?

Remember, a lot of the servers on CinemaHD are in different countries (so they don't get raided for piracy) and they may have a bandwidth limit.

Also, CinemaHD is only an app. It simply lists the content providers that have the shows on their servers. That is why you say names in the links like SolarMoviez, WatchEpisodes, Dizilab, etc, etc. And each on of those servers may be in a different country.

It used to be that you can use a VPN to change your location to a different country to get better bandwidth. But now it seems that the server owners are throttling everybody unless you buy their premium service or their own VPN.

If any of William's personality remains in Christina then I would say he is just naturally easy going (if he was an heir in the Sons of Adam he probably had limited concerns, except for those jealous of him. That of course led to his death). Christina, in spite of her intelligence and power is limited because she is a woman, and why she is angery (her in Ruby are more alike than Ruby realized. Ruby, would be a manager in Marshall Fields if she were a white male. Christina, would be the leader of the "Sons of Adam").

Nah. Think of like how it is here on BGOL. There is plenty of porn here but it is not on BGOL's servers. The porn here is really from pornhub, xhamster, xvideos, tumblr, twitter, etc.

If buffering really bothers you there is a work around without you paying for a subscription. If you have a NAS or external HDD that you can hook up to your router, you can fully download the videos then play them back when they are done.

I think you hit it at every angle it makes since you not carrying the same weight as a black man if you jad the ability to switch colors like that what REALLY gets me. i didn't really see it as punishment. At first she was jealous, but then when she saw how the other girls treated her, she tried to help her and prevent her from making mistakes, which would give them reasons to fire her. That's why they were looking at her like that during the outburst.

I saw this episode and what I remembered was a black woman turning white and living white. How she got the dream job she wanted. How she had no experience but got free shit and respect and reverence
How she loved being herself but being white was so powerful and good she chose white for as long as she could.
The theme of working hard vs hardly working
How she saw a sister about to get raped so instead used her whiteness to turn the tables on him and how empowering that was to use the whiteness as an ally was monumental television.

Also the waithe is both people. It's magic she don't take a potion she can just do it


But we see what the absolute focus was of this episode lol.

My point is her first mission was to get back at her when she knew she aint DO ANYTHING TO HER... jealous and envious enough that being white rich respected and her boss was NOT ENOUGH. So she got the power and look what she first did with it. But then it HIT HER and she got right.

That's right. She quizzed Rose and found that she didn't have any of the qualifications that SHE does, but having listened to the bitches in the breakroom, she was schooling her and those bitches didn't appreciate it either.

Ruby was more than qualified for the job but didnt get it.
Not only didnt she get it but they hired someone else. She assumed that someone else was just as talented and dedicated as she was. Thats the double edged sword of black exceptionalism. You cant be good you have to be better than good if you black.
Ruby was shocked to find out that not only did she get the job on a whim, but she did not have much of an education or taken add'l courses that would've made her a better hire than Ruby. Remeber in earlier episodes Ruby said ppl like her could accomplish anything with hard work & persitecnce in the white man's world (sounds familiar cause they been selling us that BS forever)

Ruby was upset with her but why?
Was it pure jealousy or was she trying to make sure that sis was the best of the best to make it easier for others after her? (if she fucks up she doesnt fuck up, WE all fucked up)

Why did they hire her? was it just dumb luck and all Ruby's hard work & persistence aint mean shit?
did they hire her because was more petite (therefore more appealing to client & manager)? Ruby got an assistant manager job with the same qualifications but couldnt get an entry level that gave to someone on got the job on a whim. Was Ruby jealous cause of that?
Or was it the fact that Ruby was so qualified, dedicated and persistent that was held against her? She was too 'uppity' & self confident? Or was Ruby less approachable/aggressive (and all those codes words they use to describe black ppl in workforce)

probably a little of both

another thing that went under the radar was that the new girl was doing the work of everyone else. Even though she was new and inexperienced the other white girls had her running around doing their jobs and impacting her own job

This might sound strange, but I think most black people are socialized to be racist. When I say that, I mean we are taught to treat each other as if we were white supremists in black skin. Sometimes, it takes a minute or two for us to realize this and to reach back and help each other advance.

^^^^This! She's qualified to be the Manager, so how is that gonna sit with the White women who didn't even meet HER qualifications?

I'm certain that she felt some kind of way to find out that Rose was hired over her and is a school dropout, but that's because of CACs fragility and unwilling to have to compete. As long as it's known that Rose isn't well educated, then the rest of the Associates can look down their noses with confidence, but with Ruby, there wouldn't be none of that.

but i noticed in other ways

Must of my adult life I've worked in Finance/Accounting in corporate america I've been the only black person in the group/department.
For the last 5 years i've worked for a company which is much more 'diverse' and where the work isnt as demanding as previous employers. But i've noticed that my black co-workers (who are older) dot every I & cross every T. They come in & leave on time, take only the allocated time for lunch, where applicable feel out their time cards perfectly. These ppl that have been there for years and decades. I ask em why stay in the office if you dont have work to do. Why be so anal on doing shit that no one cares about? But they contend that they dont have the same luxury to cut corners if everyone else does cause they are black. I dont how much of it paranonia or based on age or founded but i can't fault them for being overly cautious.
