cause its supposed to be 1997
if following mcu timeline t'chaka is the panther not t'challa

but then that doesn't explain cap n stark being around

Has it been confirmed that the show is MCU or Multiverse?

I think the Animated Watcher appearance leans more toward the Animated Series as Multiverse....

Marvel Officially has the Animated 90's shows as Earth-92131= 92 year / October 31st
X-Men: The Animated Series S1E01 (October 31, 1992)

X-Men '92, Spider-Man '94, Ironman '94, Fantastic Four '94, Hulk '96, Silver Surfer '98

Rumor is Marvel is saving Spider-Man '94 for the Sony Spider-Verse Films and Series relaunch...

Even Jubilee had a fiyah moment where she showed how powerful she really can be
They bring it up every now and then, but Jubilee's plasmid energy is one of the most destructive forces in their universe. People were always joking about "fireworks", but fireworks are just flashy explosives. They kill and maim plenty of people and destroy property all of the time.

Now i want to see an animated show for every character that had a cameo in this episode !! Nice to see there will be several story threads still following the comics and some limited series comics

In the fantastic four cartoon t'chsks was killed by klaw when t'challa was a little boy. I guess demayo never watched the fantastic four.

The seems the avengers probably working for the government in this universe. If this series keep going. I'm sure we'll see avengers vs xmen at some point.
I dunno. With the way they seem to show Cap trying to be supportive of mutants and being reluctant to go through with anything extreme, it feels more like they are setting up the modern era pro-mutant Avengers squad than anything else.

But I only say that because I really disliked AvX as a concept. I get that hero vs. hero is a common trope, but them actually fighting over things seems kinda silly sometimes.

Yo was Peter, MJ, & Flash out there with the looters? Damn sure didn't see Peter trying to stop anybody.

I think the idea was that they were just standing outside watching the TV display while stuff was going on around them. My man Pete had to fight through universes to find his woman. If the world's ending, then he ain't got time to be playing hero. He wants those last moments with MJ. And if that's how they meant it, then I'm okay with that.

....meanwhile Matt "I have nothing" Murdock was all, "Fuck an asteroid, nobody fucks around in Hell's Kitchen but me." Was brawling so hard they had to come back to him again.

I didn't think about how messed up it was that Peter wasn't stopping all the looting and rioting until I remembered that Daredevil was fighting entire crowds right down the street.

If anything, it looked like they cut away right before Flash threw something thru the window and grabbed a new TV set.

Power & responsibility Peter .... power & responsibility :smh: Uncle Ben spinning in his grave right now.

If this was actually a Spider-man story instead of an X-Men story, then I imagine the end of it would have been something like MJ giving him the look and saying, "I already know. Go do what you gotta do." And Pete would suit up and start helping people. That's why I used to love issues that were side stories to larger events.

As it was, I think Beau and co. just wanted to drop the cameo without making too much of a hoopla and without stepping on the toes of the creators of that series. It delivered the very specific message that MJ was found. Honestly, for as many cameos as they threw in, they never really overstepped the main story. They kept it balanced.

True that.
I love that Cap and T'Chaka got a few lines while Iron Man was silent cameo. Ain't nobody here to hear your ideas Tony.
