Because the depth and berth of her position legitimately could negatively shift the entire industry and apparently if these reports have any merit? She did exactly that.
Now good SFX can't save bad writing but could help in the overall scheme of things. And the overall bad blood in that community along with the impending strikes, I understand the decision.

Allegedly, Alonso’s decision to promote Argentina, 1985 anyway caused her exit.
A Disney spokesperson later responded to the attorney’s statement, denying the claims. “It’s unfortunate that Victoria is sharing a narrative that leaves out several key factors concerning her departure, including an indisputable breach of contract and a direct violation of company policy,” the spokesperson said in a statement. “We will continue to wish her the best for the future and thank her for her numerous contributions to the studio.”

Marvel films have never been better since they were bought by Disney. The stuff they had before was occasionally really good (X2, Spider-Man 2, Blade) but it was often crap (the sequels to the above listed franchises) and completely unrelated to each other.
Spider-Man joining The Avengers or Blade being included with the rest of Marvel was a pipe dream in the pre-Disney days.
And I'm saying this as someone who isn't particularly fond of Disney and not even a subscriber to Disney+.

my speculation
I think Chapek and others wanted her gone since '21 -
so Chapek set a trap for her when they found out she was in breach of contract - they educated her on the breach and set terms for her continued employment - she signed the addendum acknowledging a breach and agreeing to further terms governing her future conduct.
My guess is she thought she was free and clear when Chapek was fired - so she felt safe violating every term in her agreement leading up to the Oscars and on the red carpet
