I honestly wouldn't mind it, I want to see more stories like joker and The Batman from DC. Leave the world building and fantasy side of comics to Marvel, steer into the detective comics aspect of DC. The batman still made money, joker made money in spite of being r rated.

I get your point but I think that's going too far in the other direction. The Batman was so grounded and dark, I doubt they can fit his entire rogues gallery into that world without it clashing. Can you imagine Clayface or Mr. Freeze in The Batman or even the Nolan series?
They should just keep doing what they're doing but get better writers. I like the diversity of their work. Have the DCEU be it's own thing but don't feel the need to put every DC film in it.

I could imagine freeze in the reeves movies, obviously tweaking would have to be done but freeze could be a tragic and beautiful story in that universe.(just keep arnold away) but yeah I don't want them to go full dark either.
I mean would he have a freeze gun though? Would he be like Chigurh from No Country for Old Men and freeze people's heads to kill them?

What's crazy is spiderman NWH giving up that China money for not taking out the statue of liberty background. Will China request America Chavez be taken out, preventing it from reaching far beyond a billion?

Internet was hyped that there could be a captain marvel vs scarlet witch showdown, and it turned out to be black bolt, whom I never heard of.... but then again I never heard of the illuminati (in the comic books).

Black Bolt is an Inhuman. I wonder if it was the same actor from the Inhumans TV show from a few years ago.
Edit: just looked it up and it's the same actor from the TV series.

its still MCU, not necesserilly a start, but the post credits scene says Secret Wars is coming. That was the first of the few comics that I actually read as a kid......Raimi put his stamp on it. That goofy strange fight with the music notes sealed it for me.
this has much replay value. way more than the first Dr Strange. I try not to rate them but this is pretty high on my list of MCU films

I saw DR.STRANGE 2 today in 3D at the Kent Twin on Coney island Ave and Ave H. I liked it, didn't love it. Parts of it were 'meh. I never gave 2 flying fucks about the Illuminati, so my hype level for that was .00000. I'll also say that not only are T'Challa fans most likely getting a fuck you from Marvel Studios in November, fans of a certain broken CAC bitch are getting one too.
