Saw it for the first time at Fort Bragg in NC. When Fort Bragg was mentioned in the movie the audience erupted.

Those last 30 minutes of the first one was cinematic history.

The second one started out very campy, Glover made it better. At the end when a bunch of predators came into view was the shit.

NYC is a more populous and concentrated area. LA is spread out.

Would have made better sense to have the Predator hunt in a area ripe with war, like Central America, as in the first film. Hell, Predator 2 could gave taken place in Afghanistan as a side sequel to Rambo 3....
