Nah his machine got damaged... Remember predator was fighting Arnold team guerilla style on some stick and move shit, he ran a bunch of times from them.. Remember predator spared Danny the first time they met... On the rooftop when Danby vision was blurry and he couldn't see the predator clearly and had his gun out predator didn't hit him with laser blast like he normally do.. If danny met the jungle predator he would've died on the rooftop in broad daylight(g smooth voice)
