Wyclef Jean Is Trying To Reunite The Fugees For ‘The Score’ 20th Anniversary
Wyclef Jean recently sat down in an interview with PYNCH to talk about his life and musical journey.
During the interview Wyclef took a moment to shout out all of the Fugees. Wyclef also expressed that he thinks it’s imperative to make a 20 year reunion and anniversary celebration happen to celebrate their ‘The Score’ album.
“It would be definitely a regret to let this 20 years go by, something that we built in a basement, and we let the 20 years go by and we definitely don’t do something. So I’m reaching out right now. We need to make this reunion happen for the culture.”
Now fans wouldn’t want to see this celebration happen without Lauryn, but getting her to commit may not be promising or encouraging either as she has been consistently late to shows for years.
If this comes to fruition we hope Lauryn can “align her energy with the time” and be at the concert venue early!

he didn't steal money. but as with all relief agencies, his was accused of 'mismanaging' funds because some people didn't know where the money was being spent. or didn't like the fact that they weren't getting a piece of the money as opposed to aid. nobody had sheit to say about unicef or the red cross in regards to their 'administrative fees' but sheit, nobody works for free. wyclef did a good job but the mainstream wasn't used to a black man creating his own relief empire and getting tons of public support too
He did not steal the money, being raised in America he just did not understand how corrupted the Haitian systems is besides dealing with the whole ecosystem of charity world and how they actually use money from donations.
Of course since it was under his name, he has to carry the blame.
Funny thing about Amerikkka, all the big charities are siphoning money into their personal accounts all the time, they get accused of that but still keep going strong, if you are black though, being accused even if not proven guilty and you're done for.
