Yep. It seems as if people have no reason to discuss business, entrepreneurship or anything relevant to the come up. Its him playing out his family situation that seems to distract these cats. You still never answered Drayonis question. You keep side stepping it. But I will answer the question for you.
If everyone became a boss and created their own business, that would lead to everyone being broke. The reason being is that you would never have anyone to work for you.
Drayonis is a business owner. He would not be able to make a living or support himself or family without his employees. Without his employees Drayonis would have to do all the work himself which would negatively impact his production. Production equals money. Plus he would not have time to create ways to grow his business. The first thing your learn when running a business is that you can't wear all the hats.
What ever money he would make he could never enjoy the fruits of his labor because he would always be at work running himself into the ground and early grave. Is that the kind of lifestyle you would want?
See Drayonis cared more about generating wealth than being a boss or owning a business and that is what made him successful all these years. At the end of the day Dray wanted to use his talent and make a living doing what he loves. Being a business owner for him was simple the right choice. King you and Dame care more about being a boss and having power over someone along with a "title" than generating wealth which always leads to failure.
Because at the end of the day being wealthy is the ultimate goal. As long as the work is good honest work it does not matter how someone obtained their wealth.

By letting the employees do their part, I was able to do mine which is grow my business and reapply my business model to other locations.
