I feel like they are still missing the Vet that tells the team when to turn up the pressure, when to make smart basketball plays and when to calm the team down and just go and get a bucket or two on those runs. I really wanted Lebron to join and if he didn't I wanted Melo to fill that role. I thought with Butler and Tobias we had that leadership.
