But Fans love seeing Cage and Jones on TV together
Because their relationship totally in line with the Comics.
Coulter and Ritter just have great chemistry.
And I don't know about Y'all.
But there's just something about Krysten Ritter's Pale Goth Skinny Little ASS and demeanor that's such a Turn-On.
And still NO ONE cares about Finn Jones.
I think they might "Ant-Man" Iron Fist...
They can keep Finn Jones or Recast doesn't matter...
I could see a MCU version of Heros for Hire financed by Rand Industries... Similar to Pym Technologies
The new comic Iron Fist is Asian and Danny Rand is his mentor... Similar to Lang and Pym
And it Keeps Luke's and Danny's comic relationship intact...

evil is a great show.
I’m gonna have to rewatch/refresh this series before Daredevil now that it’s MCU.

They canceled an excellent show for no reason other than that it spoke to Black issues.
They cancelled it cause Disney took their characters back. They retconned Daredevil and Punisher. It looks like they are doing the same for Iron Fist and Luke Cage.
Disney wanted the, Defenders, Film and TV rights back...
Cage, prison/Super Soldier experiment, would have fit in perfect with the Falcon and Winter Isaiah Bradley storyline...
And a great setup for the Thunderbolts (Reformed criminals)...
All of this they can still do...
Yeah I was confused to. I remember when Neflix announced that Daredevil, Punsihers, Luke Cake and Jessica Jones were cancelled and they did it one by one! It was a gut punch. I was like what ?????
Yeah, but why wait 5+ years?
Allegedly once Netflix canceled those shows Marvel had to wait 2 yrs before they could use them again.....
It'll be 6+ yrs by the time Luke Cage, Iron Fist return to screen..... that's a big gamble risk they took. Mike Colter's show Evil actually caught on, he's been in a few movies that have done well.....
Who's to say he would've been available all this time later.
Collier was stiff as a board in the fight scenes. And let's be honest, that's what the character is about. finn jones, well, I don't know if he's a terrible actor because I've never seen him in anything else but he sure was terrible in Iron Fist. And what can be said of his fighting that hasn't already been said about lampposts?
Finn was great in Game of Thrones.

Trust I am NOT defending that show. But I firmly blame who specifically was in charge for a majority of its disappointment.
Who's to say Marvel even wants him back?
Personally I would prefer a recasted Iron Fist & Cage...

Do you think Luke Cage was Spider-Man? Luke Cage was always stiff! Punch and run through walls like Kool-Aid Man. I can't think of a comic book where Luke Cage threw a kick! It's always punches.
I do hate you motherfcukers for RUINING Iron Fist for me! I was Fanboying so hard that I didn't notice EVERY fight scene and now I can't unsee them!!! But he still played a good Danny Rand. It is like Christian Bale, he plays a good Bruce Wayne but a shyt Batman
You have to wait so that Netflix can get their ROI . That is a shytty thing to do, take the rights back and make your own show and then with Disney money behind it, it would seem better. Then fitting into the MCU continuity, there is more you could do with other characters. Netflix gets to bleed those shows dry and Disney has time to come up with storylines that fit in their MCU. The actors get to do other work. Mike Colter has had success with Evil on CBS and with that coming to an end he can reprise the Luke Cage character. Jessica Jones had a kid, did the New Orphan Black series for AMC. Charlie Cox was practically forced by fans to play Daredevil again. Jon Bernthal...homie is gonna be great in practically whatever he does.
