Daredevil, Punisher and Kingpin are the main priority... Jessica Jones seem to be locked in...

Rumor is they rebooting Iron Fist with the new comic Asian version with Shang-Chi 2...

If Colter does return I would prefer a more comic accurate Cage and Knight... because The Netflix budget was limited and we never got a real Bionic Arm Misty Knight or full strength Cage...

Now this is very interesting. I think the main problem with the whole sheebangybang is that there were too many cooks.

If Fiege oversees the lot, then I can see hope. I worry that he's burned out or hasn't decided which direction the MCU will go.

We shall see.

Similar to Daredevil in She-Hulk and Echo...
How he was more agile & athletic.....

I think the "comic accuracy" had more to do with the Netflix show budget limitations and trying to keep the show street level...

Comic Cage...
He basically a Super Solider with Skin Durability
Hot and Cold, Chemical Resistance
Skilled street fighter
Super Jumping...
Enhanced Speed...

Netflix Cage was simple...
No fighting style or his comic abilities...
"I'm bulletproof and just Punch"

MCU Cage should have the comic abilities with a Boxing/UFC Fighting type of style...

I agree, just do you really think skilled street fighter is the same as a Boxing/UFC fighting style? Don't get me wrong he isn't Windmill fighting, but he also isn't Floyd Mayweather with his hands. I like your Street Fighter analogy as if he was a regular cat he would have a rep for brawling. A regular dude wouldn't want to fight him, but a gyms worst boxer would hand him his ass.

But I'm just saying modernize the MCU version by updating his comic outdated "street fighting" style with some Boxing/Mixed Martial Arts Style background too...

I think that takes away from his best weapon. His heart. Luke Cage wasn't going off into space to save the world what made Luke popular to me was that he was helping keep his block(s) safe. Now if you want to make him that worse boxer at his local gym (backstory that he got his ass beat by a boxer from Matt Murdoch/Daredevil dad's gym) that I mentioned I could see that, but you start giving him all these other power ups it takes away from the hero he is. It's kinda like Spider-Man initially he was only fighting people in his neighborhood hence the moniker Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man. Now you got that motherfcuker going into outer space fighting aliens

it's been 6 years and no new production rumors are in sight.......

I think Disney was caught in between keeping + "family" and wholesome or can there be some Hard R rated content


But then the pandemic came and the Fox Studios acquisition happened, stock prices dropped...... there was a perfect storm for good shows to get fucked

Iron Fist was wack, Jessica Jones was jumping the shark and Defenders suffered for it.

But now + will have R rated content and Disney has started spending money again.
