Since Spider the Jumpman buyer got me blocked tell him Ive always said Bron is a Jordan dickrider that all the other Jordan dickriders like to hate on to protect the coon idols image and legacy. Which makes yall look even cornier and pathetic. So posting a pic of him in Jordans is like :dunno:

jordan-lwp.jpg

MJ likes to work out and wear Payless shoes on the golf course. I wont even post that bullshit he wears courtside. Meanwhile you guys worship his old kicks and memorize release dates.
Aren't those Aggasi's?

@LordSinister is the reason youve been absent from this thread all year because the Lakers are winning the West and Bron is an MVP candidate? Last year when the Dubs ran the West you posted like this daily and basically assumed they would be competitive for years to come. You used Stephs success to justify hating on "your" team and Gay Carver was spreading them likes around. Now that the Dubs are the worst team in the league and the "young core" is struggling in NO, not many posts from you brother. What gives? You alive? Dont you think you owe Magic and Bron an apology?
Man. When Lebron was in Cleveland, why were these basketball threads filled with certain cats who claimed they were basketball fans but were really Lebron/Cleveland haters. Them posters ain't in here no more. The Miami fans who flipped to GS fans are absent as fuck. Names not even worth mentioning. I guess one can do only so much flipping before realizing it's time to chill.

Kyle Kuzma says he told LeBron he can't control what someone else says

In case it was unclear before, Kyle Kuzma isn’t taking sides against the family. After making that clear to LeBron James at yesterday’s practice in Los Angeles, clarifying his role in comments from his trainer Clint Parks that went viral was, not at all a reflection of how he feels about his superstar teammate, Kuzma clarified that to the media. James told reporters on Saturday morning that he did not pay attention to the statements from Kuzma’s trainer Clint Parks, but Kuzma made the effort to clear the air with both LeBron and the media that he has no issues with James.
Kuzma told the Lakers core of beat reporters on Saturday that he can’t control what Parks says and it isn’t a reflection of his feelings, according to Tania Ganguli of the Los Angeles Times.

People also raised their eyebrows at a tweet from Kuzma that said “call a spade a spade” which he also said was not related to how LeBron played on Christmas Day.

The Lakers are in Portland to face off against the Trail Blazers on Saturday night. LeBron James is currently listed as questionable but did participate in the Lakers shootaround on Saturday morning.

LeBron James and Anthony Davis expect to play as Lakers welcome Mavs

After snapping a season-long four-game losing streak last night in Portland, the Los Angeles Lakers will be back on the court Sunday night in what is a highly-anticipated rubber match against Luka Doncic and the Dallas Mavericks. Also very important for the Lakers, both of their stars LeBron James and Anthony Davis, said following Saturday night’s win that they intend to play tonight against the Mavericks.

The first two matchups between these two teams were excellent in different ways. In the first game, a Lakers win on Nov. 1 at Dallas, James and Doncic had dueling triple-doubles in a Lakers overtime win. Then on Dec. 1, Doncic avenged that loss with a supernova second half as he and the Mavericks caught fire from downtown.

If the Lakers are going to avenge their loss from earlier this month, the 3-point line and their defense on Doncic is the place to start. After starting the game trapping Doncic, the Lakers backed off of that strategy. But credit needs to be given to the Mavericks and their 3-point shooters for getting open on their way to 49 3-point attempts. Meanwhile, the Lakers only attempted 27.

While the Lakers offense can score high totals as they did last night, the Mavericks have the best offensive rating in the league through the first two months of the season. Their defensive strengths of size and length will be tested by the Mavericks 5-out offensive attack, so the Lakers may have to play a little bit more small ball in this one if they want to curtail the perimeter attack of a strong Dallas squad.

People don't realize just how bad Steph and gang choking to Toronto fucked up Bron haters plans. They were supposed to be ending his career on a sour note while they dominated the league. Now that theyre done, only team left is the Clippers, and its hard to troll wit them. So cats just rather abstain altogether. Seeing so many basically give up on Steph, Klay, and Dray has been an eye opener.

I mean bitchillleaveya just vanished. And cats let him run wild trolling Bron for years on the board and said not a word, some egged on him. Now they get to watch me do the same to Mikey these next few years and nobody can say shit. Fun times ahead.

that brother so scared of the shot

he probably don't believe even in vaccines.

At this point honestly it’s just weird. Joel thinks he’s Steph from 3 and Ben can’t even take jumpshots?

I blame the coaches. Tell that fucker he has to take at least one 3-pointer and 2 jumpers a game, problem fixed. I don’t even care if he makes it, just shoot!

When they need a 3 in the final seconds he’s passing around the ball like it’s a hot potato! :smh:

That’s a pretty foolish argument or discussion.

Warriors went to and won the Finals in 2015.

In 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 Lebron was there with no sign of Steph. It’s a no brainer for Lebron to be the NBA player of the Decade.
I don't think this was questionable.

Best team of the decade, Golden State, yeah, but at no point was Steph the best player in the league.

His MVP's weren't Steve Nash level, but nah.

Apparently the ny times disagrees

Athlete of the Decade maybe should be Lebron, but Curry changed the NBA game at only 6'3. Curry is more skilled, Lebron more athletic.

Kevin Durant (7), Kawhi Leonard (3), Paul George (3), Demar Derozan (2), Jimmy Butler (2), Giannis, Andrew Wiggins (2), Kevin Martin

These are all forwards who've had more FT attempts than Bron in a season the last 10 seasons. Since 2013 he's finished top 5 in FT attempts only once and he's never led the league. In his rookie season he finished 16th, this season he is in 21st place in attempts.

Contrast with Nix and Spider's hero Mikey. In his rookie season he amazingly finished 2nd in the league in FT attempts. :smh: For his entire career as a Bull (1984-1998) no guard or wing player finished with more FT attempts in a season than MJ with the exception of '97 (Grant Hill, Stackhouse).

This is why I say MJ should be compared to Harden not Bron because they both lived at the FT line which makes them unguardable and the leagues highest scorer most years.

People that play basketball knows great scorers live at the free throw line. They teach you as a kid, if your shot is off, go the basket and draw fouls, and get your points from the free throw line. Lebron is not agressive offensively, he really has no moves, so if he can't use his athleticism to go by or through somebody, he will just shoot bail out jumpshots. That is why he does not shoot more free throws. Its his personality, he just not aggressive enough to consistently lead the league in scoring.

You are right, a killer and distributor should never be compared. Kobe and Jordan can be compared, Harden also, can be compared when discussing great scorers with a killer instinct. Lebron can only truly be compared Magic Johnson, Lebron is at better athlete and stronger, Magic had a better bball IQ and better passer.

The fact no other guard or wing was allowed to shoot more FTs than MJ over a 10 year span reflects poorly on the officiating of his era. Keep in mind this was during Tim Donaghy's reign. No other player in NBA history has experienced that kind of ref preferential treatment, not even Harden.
