If you haven't noticed, I haven't been engaging your "face of the league" obsession, which is beneath you.
This whole conversation started with the report that the NBA's 27 highest rated games (regular season IIRC) all featured Steph Curry.
Obviously this is one of the three worst Warriors seasons during that time. He shouldn't be a starter based on the team's performance and his own performance.
If you want to argue that he's not the face of the league right now, have at it. I don't think there is a hegemonic figure in today's NBA.
