KG probably wouldn’t do it.Pierce is decent, but they should’ve gotten Garnett instead.

This is a bad take. Playing Steph the same way you would Zeke would not be taking advantages of what makes Steph special.
Not many players can plan on or off the ball at a HOF level
NBA players say Gil and Swaggy P broke the code.![]()
Lol they're all fucking the same hos theyre is no code
Man she subject to any talks that get aired out. Honestly no one can do nothing about it. The code was broken when she seek out that young fellow after bouncing around previous young fellows(who’s now retired and talking shit or alluding to). Green had to and must understand the arena he stepped into…They feel like he's wrong to shit on this woman that a 22 year old Jaylen made the mother of his kids. I can see both sides. Typically I WOULD view it as cornball behavior, but she's GARBAGE and Gil was talking bout one of his direct experiences with her. Wasn't like he was gossiping bout some shit second hand.
I'm curious if he will address it on Gil's Arena cuz the clip is from his No Chill with Gil podcast that is waaaaaay more frank and candid. Either way he gotta speak on it.
Anunoby's return transforms Knicks |
Shortly after the Knicks acquired OG Anunoby, they won 12 of their next 14 games before he suffered an elbow injury. The Knicks won their next three without their new forward before Jan-sanity was over and we saw the team crater due to other injuries. That elbow caused Anunoby to miss 18 straight games, during which New York went 8-10. Julius Randle also missed time with a dislocated shoulder while Jalen Brunson sat out a few games too. Anunoby returned to the lineup last night and provided a brilliant reminder why the Knicks took off upon acquiring him. New York (38-27, fourth in East) bludgeoned a battered 76ers team (36-29, seventh in East) with a 106-79 victory. It came one game after losing to Philadelphia 79-73. Is Anunoby really worth a 33-point scoring swing? No, that’s a little too simplified. But ... almost? We can’t ignore how good the Knicks have been with him playing. The Knicks were plus-28 with Anunoby on the floor and are plus-280 in his 15 team games this season. They outscore opponents by a ridiculous 25.8 points per 100 possessions with him on the floor but have a net rating of minus-3.6 points when he sits. That’s a gulf big enough to fit Madison Square Garden into. The Knicks were already good once Brunson came to town. With Anunoby in the lineup, they’re dominant. It’s enough to reasonably wonder if this team can get healthy enough to make the conference finals. Or can the Knicks find a way to upset the vaunted Celtics (51-14, first in East), should they get into a playoff matchup with them? It may sound ridiculous, but, when you break down just how good this team looks with Anunoby, the rest of the East should be worried about them. |

No wonder Shaq becomes a bigger hater by the year... He sees his legacy dwindling right before our eyes.

Interesting that DLo credits Draymond as the voice of the locker room during his stint in Golden State as the one who challenges coaches and players and not you know who @Amajorfucup. It's almost like Dray is the locker room leader. Also not shocking he claims Bron is the only one doing it for the Lakers.
Good stuff bro. Very interesting info there. I was unaware of those dynamics. Not surprised in the least about the GSW leadership roles tho.

No idea what any of this means or what it has to do with Draymond being the team voice and leader. That contrast is interesting... There's no pitting Steph against Draymond-- They're the yin & the yang, nobody brings everything to the table. The dynamic works and that's why they're still together in the same place, not jumping from team to team leaving nothing behind but desolation.
