FYI, I am counting stoppages on the court and free throws as basketball being played. 42 minutes reflects the overall amount of time they showed basketball on TV, if you want to go strictly on game time it is 33 minutes of play

FBA vs. the world already happens in the Olympics and we've dominated that matchup for 40 years. Making an exhibition game just for the world stars to win in a biased game does nothing for Americans. We are the best and have proven it, so if they wanna change that, they need to do it when it really counts.
And the thing is "the players not playing hard" was based on the mythology of 80's and 90's all star games. They didnt "play hard" then, and usually waited til the last 2 minutes of the game to start pressing and going all out. Having to live up to the lies of nostalgists and Gen X'ers that hate basketball has ruined the sport. All this was done to diminish Bron, but has failed, so what was really gained? Today is Michael Jordan's birthday and nobody cares.
