We've been over this before. Foles comes in already having familiarity with the offensive system. He just needs to get the timing down with the skill position players. With the wacky offseason the league has had in 2020, I can understand the rationale behind this.

He is not wrong just look at the Dolphins when he coached. But man finish your contract become a free agent go where you please and ball out. Criticizing your team and coach doesn't benefit anything for you or the team. Gase can go 0-16, fired in the middle of the next year and be a head coach in a year. Cause he coached Manning, BS. But you will be considered a me person and no one will want to give you top dollar no matter how well you perform.

Where are the ex NFL players that should be giving him a call and tell him to chill out. Go have fun but stay safe, then get paid.

Laurent D. Tardif Offensive Lineman Kansas City Chiefs.

In February, offensive lineman Laurent Duvernay-Tardif was hoisting the Lombardi Trophy after his Kansas City Chiefs won the Super Bowl...then everything changed. With the world coming to a standstill, Duvernay-Tardif could not sit idly by when he had a doctorate in medicine and the ability to help. From the Chiefs offensive line to the global pandemic front line, Duvernay-Tardif shares what it means to contribute in a time of crisis. This is the TSN Original: Front Line.

Again, they wanted a backup better than Chase Daniel and they didn't want to wait for Dalton or Newton to be released. Foles has a lot of familiarity with the offensive system, so in this strange offseason, while missing field work with the offensive guys ,he at least knows the offense.

I think the league blew an opportunity to set up a bubble spot for each division. Play games on Saturday and Sunday no Monday or Thursday night games. Play each team within your division twice. Top 2 in the AFC East play the top 2 in the AFC South, bottom 2 switch. Now they play each team once. Once all 16 teams in the conferences play between the divisions then set up playoffs.

Or they could of set up a 7 on 7 flag football tournament. Less people to bubble up.
