What @largebillsonlyplease said. Just transfer it over to a Metamask wallet that you create. I personally have my Shib on the Crypto.com app. I've never had any problems and it makes it easy to navigate. Coinbase be acting a lil iffy at times, well for me it has that is, On CB I had to deal with the extra unnecessary hoops to jump through.

I don't recommend Metamask. It's a trash app. Something like trustwallet is better. Doesn't mean your money will be safer in one over the other. Just that Metamask is a pain to work with. I lost coins from a free airdrop trying to use it because it wouldn't add my coin properly.
Thats very odd.....Did you add the address in metamask for the drop to be seen? and did it ever show up on your etherscan

So yeah I live in NYC and bought shiba the other day through Kucoin (unverified account) a VPN will not work I learned the hard way by dumping Fiat in coinbase pro where shiba is available and got denied they will go by the ID and routing number you gave them I used 3 different paid VPNS and no go.

Metamask couldn't find it. Or said it did, but it really didn't. It was from the BSC chain iirc. No big loss. The airdrop wouldn't have been more than $50. Just frustrating dealing with it.
