There's no way those judges were going to let Wilder lose his title after those two drops, especially that last one, based on Fury's patty cake, herky jerky style. Fury out-boxed him, but he never hurt him.
Yeah. The last knockdown saved him for sure. I thought they might even give him the split decision. He got outboxed but Wilder had him hurt. Wilder needs to learn how to box.

It's his bad mechanics, man. Really bad. His punches are hard and land heavy, even when he punches from the shoulder, not anchored from the leg. He's relying on raw power and that's what saved him. Luckily. He's gotta bring in those elbows, use more head movement, and set up his overhand right with the jab. He can't fight a smart, powerful fighter like Joshua this way and expect to win.
