Majority of these current Red States were heavily Democratic control.
That’s why Kennedy chose LBJ as his running mate to help win the south cuz he was a Democratic “Southern Good Ol’ Boy”.
Texas was a Blue state, that’s why Kennedy was there when he got assassinated.
The states turned once American manufacturing left the country in the 1990s, allowing the GOP (who were the cause of those plants leaving) to come in an give empty promises of fixing the issue……by bribing them with abortion, gays, guns and religion.
The GOP been playing the southern states like fools for 30 years.

This was the first election in 26 years where I didn’t vote.
I didn’t vote, not because I didn’t want to be part of the process, but because I left Florida a day before Early Voting started (there) and it was too late to do an absentee ballot. Additionally, I moved to New York after voter registration had ended.
Im so glad to be out of Florida. The state was good to me and my family these last twelve years, but I just got tired with Republican CAC politics there.
Hopefully Hochul doesn’t fuck up the bag and lose in NY.

Yes.. Sounds very ignorant but I don’t feel the government does anything for me. As long as Trump’s not president, I don’t think anyone else can be as terrible. Mind you, my very first vote EVER was against Trump.
