Yes, I watched The Apprentice, Season One. Because I was big into reality TV back then, and they did a fair job trying to hide Trump's bullshit persona that year. But my image of Trump never sat right with me after that particular season ended, and it all went downhill from there.

I keep trying to explain to folk the GOP fixes it so only they can win, but they think that if they sit out and let dems lose to prove a point, that dems can come back in and pick up right where they left off, as though the landscape won't change. Any agenda they want passed gets pushed out at least another 10-20 years, if not forever. Not to mention attending to all the fires they set in the meantime. Usually dems have to do the work of fixing the GOP mess, but the dem base isn't patient enough to give dems time enough to rebound and start moving forward. I hope dems keep showing up so we can stop this one step forward, two steps back mess.
