What's the rule, it counts as 4 if you are touching the circle in any way?
They should just make the circle a little bigger (i.e. expand it by the size of a size 15 shoe) and force the player to be totally within it. Every shot that currently counts would still count and the look would be much cleaner. Or leave it the current size and just force the player to at least mostly be within it, which would be harder.
That highlight showing a "four pointer" to win the game with a shoelace in the circle is pretty underwhelming.
