When I made that post, I was referencing the 2020 XFL Season, which was on-going at the time before it was canceled due to Covid.

I’m not sure if it’s the two years they took in planning, the fact this is separate from Vince McMahon’s stink or if my love of football is making me ignore poor offensive play, but the whole delivery and presentation of this weekends game felt much different than spring football leagues (XFL 1.0 and 2.0 included) of the past.. The partnership with the NFL probably helps this…

have it fully shown on ESPN and ESPN+
have a web app… that will also allow you to watch the games online

The only true complaint that I have is that they have to do something about Vegas and that field immediately….
