John Radcliff, II, appeared in Lewis County Magistrate Court at 11 a.m.
The details of the charges against Radcliff were read aloud in the two-hour long hearing. Radcliff had an opportunity to make a statement during the hearing in front of one of the victims but waived that right.
Also during the hearing, the displaying obscene matter to a minor charge was dismissed because the law was not in effect when the crime occurred years ago.
