All of these Presidents are racist. Some differences between Trump and Biden/Harris is that he isn't trying to trick us. He isn't telling us that we "aren't Black" if we don't support him then declare Gays as his priority his first week in office. Another difference is that IMO he will do a much better job overall. Arguments can be made on whose fault it was, but our economy is really fucked up right now. Job numbers are manipulated by government hiring. Real job numbers are abysmal. Inflation is through the roof. Cities are going broke. Our national debt is out of control. Alot of our brothers and sisters are really stressed about Trump and complaining about every thing Trump is doing without honest evaluation of the actions. WHAT DID DEI PROGRAMS ACCOMPLISH FOR BLACK FOLKS? What has the Department of Education accomplished for us? Why are we spending millions of dollars in Gender education in other countries? Why are we concerned with forcing racist CACs to teach "Critical Race Theory" top our children? Do we really know what "Critical Race Theory" is? Personally, I don't want my children learning "Critical Race Theory" or anything that includes "intersectionality" because I don't believe that the gender/ sexuality struggle is comparable to the Black struggle.
I also see opportunity in this Trump term.

I said what I said. I am not interested in debating you. As far as the social and economical stuff, alot of it is opinion based and the data differs according to the sources. I've been on BGOL for a very long time. There have been life changing jewels posted on here and there are always posters that will argue, complain and focus on the negative instead of seeing the opportunities. Trump has consistently stated a goal of reducing/eliminating income tax. That is the one of the reasons why they are making cuts in government, raising tariffs, and increasing resources. Biden wanted to spend 80 Billion dollars to hire 87,000 IRS staff to further tax us.
My anecdotal experience is that I am not filthy rich but my household paid over 35% in Federal Income taxes, over 9% in State Taxes and thousands in Property Taxes. If he successfully lowers my taxes by 20%, that alone would have a signifigant positive impact.

Ending DEI programs in corporate America will have a profound effect on hiring, particularly recent graduates. The elimination of Employee Resource Groups that focus on increasing Black hiring is just one example. These groups work with Talent Acquisition to, for example, attend on campus hiring events at HBCU's, host students at corporate headquarters, and open up recruiting from a few targeted HBCU's to ALL HBCU's. Companies pulling out of hiring events such as NSBE and BEYA will decrease hiring opportunities. I speak from 25 years of experience.
As I have stated on here before, I personally have had the DEI programs of companies including Google reach out to me out of the blue and recruit me. So I speak from experience as well.

Appreciate that brother. Yea boycotting is extremely difficult in some situations. Publix right up the block from me, Trader joes is 50 min. As a Back owned business its discouraging because most of our tough customers are us, we dont leave tips like that, and literally look for an excuse to be upset with something. Not all but until you are a Black owned business it's hard to understand this weird thing that happens. Just buy BLACK. A couple companies I use regularly.
