My thing is if target knew some of the products were solely catered to certain demographics wouldn't they know which stores had more black consumers/traffic than others.. also their website could've been specific and reached out to more customers that could order the product if it's not in a store nearby. To me that would be a smarter way to deal with certain products.. like some black hair product would more likely have more supply in an atl store than some store in Idaho
