Let me put it this way. A bat isn't a lethal weapon, nor is a hammer, screwdriver, power drill, golf club. But all of these things can be easily used to kill or do serious damage. A police officer is trained to use a taser a certain way so a person's life won't be in danger when they utilize it. The drunken guy sleeping in the line of the wendys drive through did not recieve the same training and could easily injure or cause death to a person that he tases.
Everything you listed IS a lethal weapon when attacking someone with it, the taser isn't.
And yes, it's possible to die from a taser. But not probable.

I hope that video goes viral. Things are getting confused right now. Private prisons making tons of money locking us away and it has more to do with being programmed than anything else. You're gonna end up taking the test one way or the other. They'll just detain you & bring you down to the precinct to take the test there & if you fail you'll be formally arrested. Only benefit to refusing it on the spot is there's a chance you may sober up enough to pass it when they bring you down to the precinct.
