Yeah, nobody knows what he did to try to get right for his health before he died.

I only said they should've gave him some water instead of energy drinks
Agreed

I almost brought one of them jawns at wawa and I'm glad i put that shit back after hearing someone died from it.

I told myself, I'm only drinking sports drinks and no energy drinks.

Those sports drinks are high in sugar and should only be taken if you are doing some serious exercising or sports.

Just drinking it as a beverage or refresher when you ain’t doing nothing isn’t good for you.

I was exercising at the time though and at times I wasn't.

I rather drink them sports drinks compared to them energy drinks and I stand by that.

Now if other people want to drink those energy drinks then that's fine. To each their own.

I drink water often and a lot now and haven't had a sports drink in years.

If someone been obese they whole life its apparent what his health history is.
What he mean he probably was trying to lose weight or change his diet but that shit isn't easy at all.

Noticed when that show the biggest loser used to be on, they had these people trying to lose weight as a competition but that shit was hard and those people after the show gained all that weight back.

But I did say it was sad seeing other dudes next to him being overweight.

Again, you don't know the specifics of his health history. Just because you are obese doesn't mean your not health conscious. You don't know what kind of genetic issues within his family such as thyroid issues that add weight so let's not speculate on that. Just say R.I.P and leave it at that man.

Some people are insensitive and be rushed to judge which is why I see why families don't like telling people what happened after their loved one passed away.

If he had high blood pressure or hypertension, taking those energy drinks could probably make your heart explode.

In the 90's family members saw me drinking Red Bull and told me don't ever drink that shit again. They said that shit should be illegal. One family member is a medical doctor. Another family member, who is a nurse, told me the same thing. Both of them citing Taurine, caffeine and way too much sugar. I never drank them shits again.
