RIP Prodigy of Mobb Deep

[URL='http://www.xxlmag.com/tags/prodigy/']Prodigy of Mobb Deep has died at age 42. A publicist for the group confirmed to XXL that he was found unconscious this morning and has passed away.
Mobb’s publicist sent XXL the following statement:
“It is with extreme sadness and disbelief that we confirm the death of our dear friend Albert Johnson, better known to millions of fans as Prodigy of legendary NY rap duo Mobb Deep. Prodigy was hospitalized a few days ago in Vegas after a Mobb Deep performance for complications caused by a sickle cell anemia crisis. As most of his fans know, Prodigy battled the disease since birth. The exact causes of death have yet to be determined. We would like to thank everyone for respecting the family’s privacy at this time.”
For his entire career, Prodigy was a master wordsmith, handling the lyrical heft for Mobb Deep while Havoc paved the way as one of New York’s premier producers. Now we will forever mourn the loss of one of the greatest rappers of all time.

They were just out here a few days ago. I bet these triple digits may've had sum'n to do with his sickle cell complications.
Listening to all these Mobb Deep tracks really makes me remember how slept on Havoc is on production. I wonder why more people didn't seek tracks from him.
