RIP: Tuskegee Airman Brig. Gen. Charles McGee dies at 102

You can tell that brotha took good care of himself. I pray I can live to be that old and look that well kept. Salute to him and rest easy
To keep the sense of mind and carry that level of dignity about your appearance into old age is a blessing. Growing old is a gift. I hope to carry myself the same lord willing.
 
Got to sit in on a gathering at a library with a couple Tuskegee airmen when I was kid. Powerful men. They all had a quiet strength about them. Scary and inspiring. We stand on their shoulders. Thank you sir. Rest easy
