It would be a slaughter. The Borg would beam on board and assimilate half the satellite before they could get a shot off. They would overwhelm Vader and then youd have Borg with Force powers..

@playahaitian @Tdot_firestarta @tajshan
magic vs science means the Borg lose every time

Star Wars exists outside of physics - Star Trek adheres to physics

ok - another thing - in canon the Borg are initially vulnerable to technology and weapons they nor any assimilated species hasn't encountered prior

so in practice they would have no defense against the death star's one hitta quitta and if the cube or sphere is alone there would be no analysis of the death star's ray being shared with the collective

The Borg take a transwarp conduit and find themselves in the Star Wars galaxy.

Upon encountering the Death Star they scan the vessel and since this collective is the only one out there they get down to business.

While the Jedi/Sith are extra powered.... the rest of the Death Star is just ordinary personnel, storm troopers, rank and file workers etc.

Borg cubes were highly decentralized in structure with no specific bridge, living quarters or engineering sections. All vital systems were spread throughout the ship, which, along with the presence of a regenerative hull, made it highly resistant to damage and system failures.

They were typically manned by "thousands of drones," and could vary in complement anywhere from 5,000 to 64,000 to 129,000 drones

Granted the Death Star has over a million people on it BUT the assimilation would be quick and start in the command center.

Between adapting to LASER?? fire and the viral way the borg assimilate beings... almost half the ship would be assimilated before any real resistance could be mounted. And having your most powerful weapon mounted on one side of the ship means the cube just has to stay out of the line of fire..lol

ANd yeah you could say Vader is a magical being but theres only ONE of him on the ship. Also thanks to your boy Lucas who introduced MIDI-CHLORIANS in the mix....force adepts are now dependent on how much of a certain BACTERIA they have in their blood system....and becuz your other boy Jon Favreau doubled down on it by having it CLONED in Mandalorian.... the Borg would have a technological way of reproducing it.

And Vader would be overwhelmed in the invasion and assimilated in much the same was Picard became Locutus

and the Death Star would look like this in a matter of weeks

nothing you wrote about the borg can exist in a magical universe where space/time/gravity and light exist outside of the theory of relativity

1. there is no trans warp - cause there are no gravity wells in star wars and there is no vacuum in space of star wars universe

2. borg shields will not work - cause there are no gravity wells in star wars, same goes for cloaking and tractor beams
3- the death ray is really a fucking supersized lightsaber
so no its not a lazer and it defies almost every law of physics

4. blasters, bowcasters, flechette etc are not lasers

5. on the latest Ahsoka - Sabine magically threw that midachlorian shit away

A gravity well projector was a powerful device affixed to an Interdictor vessel used to pull ships out of hyperspace. As a ship could not usually enter hyperspace when within a planet's gravitational pull, the gravity well projector mimicked the effect by creating a strong artificial gravity well known as an interdiction field.[

Gravity well projectors first appeared in Scavenger Hunt, a 1989 Star Wars Legends roleplaying adventure written by Brad Freeman for West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game.[7] The technology was confirmed to be canon after it appeared in Tarkin, a 2014 novel written by James Luceno.[1]

not canon

and there are countless examples of routine "events " that exist outside of theory of relativity

A gravity well projector
theory of relativity - gravity doesn't work like this
used to pull ships out of hyperspace
no science just pure fantasy

well that doesn't help your case cause that's not how it works in theory of relativity
1- hyperspace in sw is traveling an alternate dimension = no trans warp
in relativity -st- warp is folding space so the ship is not an object moving but instead its space its self that moves

2 in relativity gravity wells can't be projected - everything about your example is based on fantasy

yes but
the difference is the fiction used in sw is pure fantasy based in magic no different than GoT or Lord of the Rings

but st is sci-fi based in established science and theory

thats why comparing them is magic vs science
dude thats understand that one is sci-fiction and the other is sci-fantasy but thats not what fanboys are looking for when they pose the question.

in the 8 minute video YOU posted he mentions gravity wells... but put all that to the side

TACTICALLY how word the borg match up against stormtroopers??

no real trekkie would even have this conversation

the definition of gravity well changes in sw vs st

anyway- the borg won't have shields
but stormtroopers can' t shoot straight- so borg win

Pic of Borg using shields.

main-qimg-27bd91424a941d8cc15f98a939918da7-lq
irrelevant
in star trek the shield technology require gravity manipulation -

the star wars universe operates under different rules of physics - so if as geech proposed- borg or any star trek culture travel into the stars wars universe
they wouldn't be able to use shields, cloak, warp tech
