Man I love this show, and Jimmy/ Steve is still alive. Great season ending.
This and game of thrones.
I hate having to wait another year to see it again.
This has been a great but dark season.
I love that ending for Frank, it wouldnt be him if it were anyway else.

Lazarus was the perfect title for this one. Everyone came back into the fold one way or another.
Lip is always gonna keep Mandy on the roster from here on out. Dude came up with the suit, whip and rich girlfriend, but would've never done so without her pushing him to school.
Wonder if Mandy resents him somewhere down the line thinking, "I pushed him to get my ass out the ghetto."
Great ending though. Can't wait till season 5 sometime next year.

Lips girl isnt a winner at all shes grimey as hell. She shitted on Lips roomate and started fucking him and has been scamming her own parents since high school.
Shes cool to use and deal with short term but he'd be miserable if he wifed her.
He'll grow out of it remember Debbie used to be the same way towards Frank and now she feels the same as the rest.
i say winner as in ride her out until school is done. she'll make sure he graduates and he gets free stuff out of it

carl might, but he might not. especially since frank actually really tries to bond with carl in his own way

Awesome season, and the writers deserve props for continuing the great Carl arcs. They say he's a budding psychopath, but this season he's experienced jealousy with Sammi capitalizing his father's attention, love and heartbreak with Bonnie, and he actually cried when Fiona came home. To me he's just a misguided youngin from a fucked up stock, it will be interesting to see where his redemption lies, because every Gallagher has an altruistic quality.
Also, the writers fleshed out Mickey and the actor did an amazing job this season. Carl, Lip, and Mickey are my favorite characters now.
I don't like Jimmy coming back because the show did great shifting the focus from Fiona to Lip et al, I fear Fiona being thrust back into center stage may undermine the progress they made with every other character. Plus Jimmy is boring..

Jimmy himself is a boring character, what's his ethos? They started to explore him more with the medical school background, but his only objective is to provide conflict for Fiona.

That'd be fucked up if she hates him because he didn't come back to save her. She was smart enough to get the college applications in order, she didn't think two more steps ahead when Lip leaves and meets new people at school?
Those kids have lived a lot of life. Both parents abandoning them, a teenager taking care of a family, no money...it is crazy.

I doubt she really did think past that tho. Probably just thought, "lemme get him in so I can get out."
Given her current situations and standing, I wouldn't expect Mandy to be thorough all the way through. She was the one who fucked Lip on a whim and then got mad when the kid only had $6 for plan B.
But I can definitely see her character going a few episodes trying to salvage any relationship for the sake of her exit.
