Should there be massive in the street protests over the policy that deported Kilmar Abrego Garcia? Trump is talking about deporting citzens as well.

Should there be massive in the street protests for Kilmar Abrego Garcia?

So how do you win over people that don't care, or care about basic right/wrong from a moral POV??? Real shit... If people only give a fuck about an issue or 2, and everybody left on the bench got a different issue. With some of those issues possibly being diametrically opposed to each other. What message you really gonna put out there that will be effective at getting apathetic people to vote for you??? It's like people telling Dems to have better messaging, appeal to a larger swath of the population while not turning off the other people that vote for you, be perfect and we might vote for you. Meanwhile other side got loyal voters that's gonna vote regardless and been doing it for decades. Thats how they win. They in lock step and Dems keep losing ground cause everybody on this side wanna feel special. Little by little them muthafuckas methodically got they people im position to do exactly what they doing now. We want a slice, brown folks wanna slice, LGBT wanna slice, feminists wanna slice, environmentalists wanna slice, small business wanna slice, liberal elites wanna slice, young people wanna slice, unions wanna slice, cities, rural towns errrrrbody want deliverables from 1 side, while the other aint getting shit but still gone vote. If they keep winning aimt nobody getting shit. But... Do better Dems. :smh: Long winded and I'm kinda just rambling. But this shit feel hopeless.
Noam Chomsky said todays republican party is no longer a mainstream political party but is now a radical insurgency. Tough to fight that when you are just a regular political party and your supporters are not zealots (for the most part).

The Dems can definitely do better but they are handicapped. On one hand Repubs just care about winning and are willing to fuck shit up just to own the Dems. Dems are a typical political party and their supporters won't outwardly support that. The other issue is the system aint shit and the Dems are a part of that system. So the Dems will do things that benefit the people but only up to the point where it doesn't offend the ruling class.

Its tough man. Plus, Trump is a master manipulator. In his first term, CNN couldn't help falling into the trap of being seen as not objective and anti-Trump just because of how aggressively he came at them. Even now, Dems are being played into looking like they are going all out for a dude who could be a MS 13 gang member, facts be damned.

The press is how the rich get their poison into “regular Americans.” There is no reason for any person with sense should be consuming the news in this country. Americans are under the control of the Zombie Fungus.

What crime did he commit? :smh:
From the U.S. perspective, he was in the country illegally, of which the penalty is deportation. Plus his gang has been designated a terrorist organization. In El Salvador, they don't like MS-13 gang members. So El Salvador can deal with their own citizens as they please while democrats fly over there trying to get an illegal gang banger back into the country. Democrat politicians are really dumb.

Think of all the shit Dems have passed, the CHIPS act, the infrastructure bill, build back better, and what do most people remember and talk about more than all of them? That $300 stimulus during Covid.

Put money in people's pockets.

Give them some immediate benefits they can see right away - not some shit that will come online in 5 years.

Dems can either try to win by dealing with the electorate we have or lose trying to change the voters into who we want them to be.

Most people hate politics, have no interest in paying attention to political things, and aren't going to be forced to pay attention. That's just the facts.
I mean when you think about it you'll see how hard it is for. Democrats to really get votes back. If sieone gives me a check I'll take it but I don't much about that person since I don't know them. I think the gop just understands gang mentality better, the understand the power of racial preference, and the they understand the power of forcing women to accept certain roles and if they decline they remove the laws that enabled them. From a human level it's hard for dems to compete. Education isn't gonna get people together like race talk will, integration won't either, comfort and oussy is all men think about and the gop for uses in that and that's hard to beat.

Evidence?

Kilmar Abrego Garcia has never really been the focus of this; rather, it was Trump's attempt to circumvent his due process.

We must at least address the wrongs Trump is attempting to do now before he targets Americans as well, as he has already mentioned transferring American criminals to jails in El Salvador.

All of this is alleged by the way..he hasn't been formally charged with anything in the US or el Salvador

In the 2030 census projection, Texas and Florida are projected to gain 4 votes, respectively, with new York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois, and Michigan are projected to lose a vote each.

The 2050 census says, …

No proof of him being in a gang though, are we to assume every young white man with a tattoo sleeve is a gang member?

Bullshit. He's been formally charged as being in the United States illegally and ordered deported. It doesn't matter if he is in a gang or not. That's just icing on the cake. The El Salvador President thinks he's MS-13 so he can handle his citizen as the laws of his country allow. The fool had his day in court and his ass is out of here. The only issue is the judge said not back to El Salvador because he claims his life was in danger. The U.S. Attorney General said if he comes back he will be arrested again and deported some where else. No way he will be staying in the United States. He's gonna fuck around and end up in a prison in Hungary. Would you feel better if he was deported to another country or you just want him here?

If whites and Hispanics want to protest, sure.

But my brothers and sisters are tired and this is what those white and Hispanic kinfolk voted for. So absolutely not.

Abrego Garcia's deportation had been prohibited in 2019 because an immigration judge granted him “withholding of removal.” When the immigration judge considered his case, Abrego Garcia was being held in immigration detention after being arrested by Prince George's County police in a Home Depot parking lot. A “gang field interview” sheet released by the Justice Department on Wednesday describes him wearing "a Chicago Bulls hat and a hoodie with rolls of money covering the eyes, ears, and mouth of the presidents." Police said the clothing was "indicative of the Hispanic gang culture."
The immigration judge had looked at the information alleging Abrego Garcia’s gang ties provided by the Department of Homeland Security and determined it wasn’t sufficient to prove he was a member of the gang, according to court documents. Instead, the judge gave weight to testimony from his family that a separate gang called Barrio 18 in El Salvador had threatened Abrego Garcia with death because his family would not pay the gang protection money. The judge acknowledged that Abrego Garcia’s case wasn’t a slam dunk. “This case is a close call,” Judge David M. Jones wrote in his order. At the end of the order is a line that says “each party has the right to appeal this decision” within 30 days.
That decision was still on the books when Abrego Garcia was placed on a plane to El Salvador last month. The Bureau of Immigration Appeals database logs the status of immigration cases by unique identifiers called “A-Numbers,” short for Alien Registration Numbers. Abrego Garcia’s entry shows his application for “withholding of removal” was granted on Oct. 10, 2019. Below that is the message: “No appeal was received for this case.” The White House, DHS and ICE did not reply to requests for comment.
John Sandweg, who was the acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement during the Obama administration, says that ICE attorneys would usually appeal such a decision if they thought that the person was a public safety threat. “I do think that’s indicative that they didn’t have serious concerns about this guy from a public safety perspective,” Sandweg says. “Otherwise, in cases where they do, they absolutely appeal.”

Your answer looks like some crap you got from chat gpt or grok. But we can put this to bed right now. Below is the link to the actual court document from the hearing on October 10, 2019 that your response references. So what exactly is a "withholding of removal"? Doesn't it sound like the court is saying that the person can't be removed? His "withholding of removal" was granted right? Yes it was, you are correct. But on page 6 part B of the court document, the first sentence defines what "withholding of removal" actually is.

"Withholding of removal, in contrast with asylum, confers only the right not to be deported to a particular country rather than the right to remain in the U.S."

So the "mistaken" deportation was sending him to El Salvador. So dude has no future in the U.S. He can stay in his home country or we will ship his ass somewhere else. Look at the last page for the judges final order. Asylum denied as well. Always go to the source material, stop getting caught up in narrative.

They made more than one "mistake". Dude the trump adm shit is all over the place..theyre story is bullshit and you know it.

They had a chance in 2019, during trumps first term, to appeal the withhold order based on their claim that he was dangerous. He was so dangerous that they didnt bother to appeal that order. If he's being deported because he's an illegal alien than whats the point of pushing some bullshit narrative that he's a terrorist? Thats not necessary.

The 18th Street Gang, also known as Barrio 18, is one of the largest youth gangs in the Western Hemisphere, much like its better-known rival, the Mara Salvatrucha (MS13).

Allies and Enemies
The Barrio 18’s main rival is the MS13
. The Barrio 18 in El Salvador is divided into rival factions, the Revolutionaries and the Sureños, a division which has routinely flared into violence.

The gang also has a close relationship with the Mexican Mafia. It is also known to have networks of lawyers, taxi drivers, and mechanics as collaborators. The gang has routinely clashed with state security forces during successive anti-gang crackdowns in Central America.

The period of relative peace in El Salvador was shattered when members of the Barrio 18 and MS13 racked up 46 murders during a three-day killing spree in November 2021. This was followed up by the indiscriminate massacre of 92 people, including shoppers, traders, and bus passengers, in March 2022. The Barrio 18 quickly distanced itself from the massacre, seen as an apparent attempt to send a message to the government.

so which is it..is he a member of Barrio 18 or MS 13?? NOWHERE in the court papers you posted is MS 13 mentioned....meanwhile Barrio 18 is mentioned all up and thru his testimony and account. If he fears anything its Barrio 18 who actively tried to recruit him several times....so he leaves his country...runs to america....only to join their vicious rival??

In October 2019, an immigration judge denied Abrego Garcia's asylum request but granted him protection from being deported back to El Salvador because of a "well-founded fear" of gang persecution, according to his case. He was released, and ICE did not appeal.

Abrego Garcia checked in with ICE yearly while the Department of Homeland Security issued him a work permit, his attorneys said in court filings. He joined a union and was employed full time as a sheet metal apprentice.

he was such a horrible terrorist and dangerous person,,between ICE and HLS literally helped him build a life here. :hmm::hmm::hmm:

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt on Tuesday acknowledged the administrative error that led to Abrego Garcia’s deportation but added, without providing evidence, that he “was a member of the brutal and vicious MS-13 gang.” She later said he was an MS-13 “leader.”

Pressed to provide evidence for that claim, Leavitt said, “There’s a lot of evidence, and the Department of Homeland Security and ICE have that evidence, and I saw it this morning.”

then why not post it for all of us to see. Especially since he's already in el salvador. The trump adm literally has nothing to lose in doing so.

Dude they went out of their way to fucked that man's life up on MULTIPLE levels for no more reason than he's brown and speaks spanish.

Trump could have deported him to any country in the world back in 2019 simply off his illegal immigrant status and they did not. All of this is overkill and it makes no sense. And you know this.

And NOW trump is talking about doing THIS ^^^^ to american citizens...so its bigger than Garcia now.

If Trump didn't want this fight, he would tell El Salvador to send Garcia back and then deport him somewhere else the moment he stepped foot back in the country.

Trump keep talking about doing this to American citizens to distract. He knows Dems can't help themselves. To the vast middle of the country struggling, they see a party going all out to help an illegal immigrant but silent about helping them - and that's the message Republicans used to beat Dems in the election.

Dems ride hard for trans and illegal folks, but what about you? When Dems are talking about "due process" with this electorate vs illegal immigrants, Dems have already lost.

Ask yourself why Trump and all of his cabinet members, and all of his messengers are talking about this case every day. Then you'll see what is really going on.

The people chose Trump. Trump has not changed, he has consistently showed who he is and what he's about from his first run, to his first term, to today. Yet people still chose him. Dems not doing shit...I'm not mad at all and fully understand. The people have way more power than the political parties. Why aren't the people doing something about it?

Don't know about protests for him per se but there should be some public backlash over Trump disregarding the Supreme Court. Seems to be a real bad slippery slope happening right in front of our eyes.

In addition, if the policy of the Gov't is that El Salvador won't give him back then the contract with that country and that prison needs to be terminated...the US should have some say so in returning prisoners back when there is a mistake. I don't believe this is what's happening but this is what they are going with so how can El Salvador say they aint sending him back when this is a specific contract they have with the United States.
They terminate that contract all them deportees will magically reappear back in the US.

Because the people don't mind it. This is what I keep trying to get Dems to see. They need to campaign on other things the people want.

A federal judge ruled that the deportation was wrong. Trump's immigration lawyer admitted it was a mistake. Trump's administration cited it was a clerical error. Fuck is the argument about?
Those crackas just hate immigrants , they have no other points . Funniest part is Megatranny who constantly rants about Latinos but spends all his money in Latin America getting ravished by Latino men

Bullshit. The people tried to shit on Michelle when she said fu k Trump and didn't show up at Jimmy Carter's funeral or Trump's inauguration.
