I mean when you think about it you'll see how hard it is for. Democrats to really get votes back. If sieone gives me a check I'll take it but I don't much about that person since I don't know them. I think the gop just understands gang mentality better, the understand the power of racial preference, and the they understand the power of forcing women to accept certain roles and if they decline they remove the laws that enabled them. From a human level it's hard for dems to compete. We must at least address the wrongs Trump is attempting to do now before he targets Americans as well, as he has already mentioned transferring American criminals to jails in El Salvador.

Doesn't it sound like the court is saying that the person can't be removed? His "withholding of removal" was granted right? Yes it was, you are correct. But on page 6 part B of the court document, the first sentence defines what "withholding of removal" actually is.

"Withholding of removal, in contrast with asylum, confers only the right not to be deported to a particular country rather than the right to remain in the U.S."
