If you look at a map of the Mideast. The US has basically gotten full control of the oil in Saudi Arabia, Iraq and a few smaller countries.
The U.S. needs to get that oil to U.S. soil the quickest and cheapest way.
Right now the oil is loaded on tankers in the Persian Gulf and have to loop around and route thru the Red Sea thru the Suez Canal.
Lots of time lost and we saw what happened when that Container ship got stuck a couple of years ago causing delays.
Going east out of the Gulf across the Indian/Pacific Ocean is also time and money consuming.
So what’s the fastest way?
A straight line running pipelines West.
Syria has been destabilized.
Jordan is a U.S. Ally under U.S. control.
Israel is a U.S. Ally……but the Palestinian’s are not.
To route pipelines thru Israel, the pipelines need to route thru Gaza/West Bank.
Which means Palestinian’s will profit from the movement of that oil thru their land.

When those reservations were created in the 1800s, they specifically drew them out in areas way out in the middle of no where. They were usually a day or two horse ride from the nearest town.
Out of site and out of mind.
Now, 100 plus years later, those stick in the mud towns have grown and expanded into metropolitan cities and reached out towards those isolated reservations.
It’s why when you drive thru metro cities thru-out the US, you always randomly see an Indian casino in the middle of the city. That casino is on reservation land.
Basically every Indian reservation in America is sitting on Prime Real Estate today. Developers want the land for urban sprawl. The reservations are all pretty much sitting on precious minerals like Lithium and some have large oil deposits.
The Navajo/Hopi reservations out in Northeast Arizona is probably sitting on the most expensive real estate in America behind the island of Manhattan, NY.
Any one who has been thru there will tell you it has some of the most spectacular scenery and views you will see. Along with the precious minerals, oil and coal underground.

Anytime you look at what is going on around the world that has the US Government interested for what seems like no good reason….always pull out a map and look at what is around the surrounding area.
Taiwan is a good example. No obvious reason why China should want that stupid island when you read about it in the news, but when you look at a map and see where it is located and the surrounding area…it makes sense. And you understand why the US don’t want them to have it.
