Yea man, shit done changed. I feel where HNIC is going with it, but I don't think the females need special protection. Mouse has held her own here for years and never requested special treatment (besides that ponzi scheme, but you know what I'm sayin). That's how you get your stripes around here. That's crazy. I know cats brought that board up a few months ago and registration was closed. So how are they getting by if they have fewer members and aren't adding people?

I don't know. I think it's free, but I know cats said months ago registration was closed because I think someone wanted to go there and clown. Just wondering how they are sustaining and our board is struggling. From what was said, they aren't female friendly.

Yeah that’s what I’m trying to figure out. We might not have as many active members but we far outnumber them in registered member names.

The coli does have more advertising but i don’t see how that can cover server costs. I also noticed that the coli has way more Members on staff. Last time I checked there 10 active staff members. I’m fascinated about how the HNIC over there makes money.

Personally I don’t think the board is struggling if you look at the total number of registered members and total donations costs...

Unless the listed number of members includes people who are no longer paying.

We normally have around 600-700 folks on line at any one time. I haven't checked consistently but when I look its around that. Often lower depending on the time of day. When I checked their board last night, they had 2500 folks on there.

No and that was something I started to respond to and changed my mind. I think we need more clarification as to what is considered an offense though. People are freaking out because they don't know the boundaries.


Mods on Xenforo aren't as problematic as mods on vbulletin. Vbulletin we could see a lot of personal info that is not visible on this board, so there are people who I'd have concerns about under vbulletin, that are reliable enough to mod under xenforo. The other boards don't get a lot of traffic, and unless membership increases, we probably have enough mods as it is, but ask HNIC. I think you and a few others would make great mods. :)

You know I don't get caught up in the bullshit lije a lot of these dudes. However the idea that we can't ask people who are being suspect to prove themselves is a bit much. We got people in here we're 95% sure are white boys cause they refuse to report to the verification thread. We should be able to ask people to verify themselves.....especially cause we're a Black board and white people act a fool. If a person joins and doesn't say anything to you directly, just post to threads, joins in the convo and isn't bothering you. Then why should she have to prove to you she is a female. At this point in her BGOL life she is just a harmless name on a forum. This is what I see in my head when I say leave a person alone.

I think in your head and other folks head they see some crazy chick like peachy sweet talking shit and fucking with everybody, or the chick from Canada LoneStar29. In that case no one cares if you go at her. I'm talking about the regular everyday females who just want to post and be apart of the crowd.

I'm the HNIC so I know all of the females, and there are so many females who never post or come out of hiding cause they just don't want to be fucked with. They still enjoy the board, enjoy the laughs, but remain in the background.
