Darrkman the mods are going to handle that person that is in here acting a fool, we have the old main board mods TEN, LordSinister, and Lexx Diamond, plus we added 4 Mods who can police the entire board, Lady-Wiz, ladyscorpio,Camille and cocobeauty. There isn't much that Lexx and TEN don't catch now. All you have to do is report that person and let the Mods handle it.
I told the Mods last year that I was going to open the board up at some point in time and we would have to deal with extra activity. That's when we went with the extra mods. We didn't spend a lot of time on woman being on the board, it was just understood that if a person is not acting right (male or female) we have to handle it.
Lets put aside the crazy white female impersonator that has you concerned. The average everyday female who is not messing with you and is minding her own business will be able to come on this board from this point forward without being worried about you or anyone else. (this is not personal)
Now if you are talking that loud mouth person who has only been on the board 1-2 days talking shit, that's another issue. I'm with @Sampson on this. I don't recall any chic catching the paws that really didn't deserve it. With @SinnamonLove she did get bombed by one or two dudes as mentioned, and that was some hoe shit. But again, from what i remember she could handle her own, bombed back, and also had the help of other male members riding with her. At work, if my employer decides they are going to change the way we do things in regards to a process or how we handle customers, my place is to try to make it work as best I can, help the people I'm responsible for understand things as well as I can, try to make the transition as smooth as possible, and give feedback as to what is and isn't working well. I don't go around bitching and moaning about it, I try to keep the morale up.
We've been hearing about this for well over a year now, so I understand the INTENT behind what he is trying to do. If anything, that is what I'm co-signing. I'm not looking at his operating information. If he tells us he has to do something to keep the board going, or there won't be a board, why do I have any reason to disbelieve him? He could just shut it down instead of making it look like he tried.

Entreponegro was banned for several weeks and no one even noticed. His thread spent the entire time on the front page tho. I got fed up with him trolling over Widow Johnson. I try not to put people on ignore, because if someone needs help in my section, I want to be able to assist, but I got pissed every time I saw his avatar. The thing is, we don't just ban folks because they have an unpopular opinion. TaterTots gets banned every other week, but most of the people that get complained about, like Kogalee and his nonsense, aren't actually doing or saying something against the rules.
