*it's not literally moving in both directions. Literally, it is a couple of still frames spliced together in order to create the illusion of alternating motion within the mind of the beholder- but it is a seamlessly repeating loop that can done with 3 frames. Your mind sees what it wants. How delusional is that? And it's cool to explore and expose how easily we people can be decieved and manipulated.
