She's just splainin' in the second video. She already clearly showed that one just says dishwashing liquid and the other one shows dishwashing liquid and hand soap. If you've ever dealt with govt regs you know that it's probably due to red tape. Handwashing soap is likely a higher standard than dishwashing liquid therefore it's better to be classified as such with the govt, but consumers view it as dishwashing liquid that's easier on the hands.
