It's respectable in the sense that he did what was best for him, but at the same time, it's not respectable because it fucks up the competitiveness in the league.
But I think it could also be great if a team could figure out how to beat them without having to load up with star players. If a team could figure them out, exploit their weaknesses and beat them, that would make them that much more respectable. So I am interested to see if that will happen.
