Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't you required by law to disclose to your partner about your incurable STD especially if you are aware of it and are currently taking meds for it. Is that still a thing? If you weren't aware of it is one thing but if you knowingly spread herpes to someone, aren't there still legal consequences that can arise or develop from that?
Some people aren't aware of it because they don't get checked and tested and then you have some who know about it but don't want to tell no one about it because they feel the person wouldn't want to have sex with them.
