The number 1 thing to always remember is that not everyone has gotten an std test. Everybody dosent get tested every yr or every few months. Yet when they say stats they always say 1 in 6 people got it blah blah.. yet prob half the population haven’t got tested so where are these “stats” really coming from… they never give an exact number like this millions of amount of people have tested positive for it
I work in health care. Most ppl have antibodies for Herpes simplex, and that's not the Zoster kind which means you have it.
Thing is majority of ppl are asymptomatic but can still pass it when shedding.
I've also read 70% of ppl have this. This would infer that by now you probably slept with a few woman that have it.

As someone who was amongst all these people in Atlanta, and know many of them personally, hell went to high school with Chili, that Usher info is accurate. Dude did settle a lawsuit, 2 women and one MAN that sued him for giving them Herpes. Suge actually put some of the pieces together and timeline together for me, and it all adds up. Chili did not have herpes in high School. 
Sounds like she got it from Dallas, and possibly gave it to Usher. Had many talks with Usher about his life with Diddy prior to coming to work with JD, and he mentioned how he was messed up from all the shit Diddy did to him at a young age. Surprisingly it did not involve gay stuff, but stuff like sending 2 females to go fuck him while he was trying to sleep, and he was 14 and 15 years old scared to death.
