The office is barely funny and I have no idea who Emily Blount is, all I know is they better keep him away from any super hero project. He looks goofy.

Lolz I feel you but if they can create a feeling of connectivity between the different cities in the new DCU, that would be great.
Right now though, Marvel nor DC never really created connective tissue to attach each of their "superhero" cities, outside of NYC/Baltimore and Gotham/Metropolis.

DC JUST released a new documentary on their own history on their OWN streaming platform and ADMITTED THEMSELVES Marvel started all that real location stuff.

I know I'm just messing with you.
As a kid, I always enjoyed DC over Marvel because their characters seemed more God Like and mythical.
Marvel's characters were more "real" and with Lee's decision of placing the Marvel Universe in real city locations, made it all the more real.
I'm not a fan of Gunn, but if he can create the mythical feeling of the DCU, using their historically made up cities sets them apart from Marvel.
I'm hoping the DCU leans more on the Mythical versus the Scientific feeling Marvel has done.
DC movies should be like Star Wars, Science Fiction/Fantasy.

The old tweets were bad really bad. And we STILL see that is his true sense of humor. Especially in Suicide Squad and Peacemaker and the GOG Xmas.

But a little bit of that style goes a LONG way and I dont see it becoming main stream not that it HAS TOO.
But his style NEEDS a strong hand to keep him in check and reined in.
