What is the NBA G-league doing against the injustices, inequities, and systemic violence of the police that effects Black and brown communities? What is the NBA doing? What is the NHL doing? What is MLS doing? What are colleges doing? What are you doing?
You could say that the league is helping kats provide for their family by getting a 70K paycheck instead of working at McDonalds or Budget Rentals.
The league is also providing a source of revenue to midlevel cities that don't have a professional football or sports team.. Which in-turn provides access to jobs for people in those communities.
This league is designed to help kats get a chance to continue playing a sport that all of them have playing all of their life... It gives them a second chance to prove themselves. These guys are here because they want to be here.
