As if this isn't already known, if he's openly saying he'll pardon every January 6th defendent this would be a no brainer whether he said it or not.

Not really, he just doesn't give a fuck since he knows the people who support him won't care.

Although to be clear he actually is dumb as fuck, just not in this instance.

Trump classified documents trial in Florida postponed indefinitely

The trial on charges that Trump willfully retained classified national security records after leaving the White House and then hid them from federal authorities was scheduled to start May 20. But the new ruling from U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon vacates that date and sets a new slate of pretrial proceedings, the latest of which is a hearing set for July 22.

Yep, there are some people in this country who would do anything to get Trump back into the White House……There are some other people in this country who would do anything to keep Trump out of the White House. A lot of the CAC‘s want an authoritarian crap in this country and with the racial demographics right now that shit is going to cause a major Civil War if they was to get their way.

Newly unsealed grand jury testimony from Trump’s valet helps explain FBI’s desire to search Mar-a-Lago

Donald Trump’s valet told investigators before the FBI searched Mar-a-Lago in 2022 that he randomly chose boxes of documents to return to the National Archives and Trump himself directed that dozens more boxes located at the resort wouldn’t be returned, according to recently unsealed court filings.

Florida hearing in Trump classified documents case devolves into shouting match

The morning proceeding in Fort Pierce, Florida, had been scheduled for Walt Nauta, one of former President Donald Trump’s co-defendants, to present arguments that special counsel Jack Smith’s team had selectively and vindictively brought charges against him. The presiding judge, Aileen Cannon, did not issue a ruling from the bench.

Trump falsely claims Biden, FBI had plan to assassinate him during Mar-a-Lago search

The FBI issued a rare statement saying it followed standard protocol in 2022.

ByAlexander Mallin

As a person that has survived multiple attempts, it is plausible. It is hard to prove, going on the offensive making accusation is a good strategy.

I think mine is coming at the federal level with the state looking the other way in lieu of money or a token factory in Georgia. They have been keeping me away out of DC to keep a distance even though they are directly involved. Heavy character attacks from the feds.

Prosecutors seek to bar Trump in classified files case from statements endangering law enforcement

The request to U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon follows a false claim by Trump earlier this week that the FBI agents who searched his Mar-a-Lago estate in August 2022 were “authorized to shoot me” and were “locked & loaded ready to take me out & put my family in danger.”

Trump responds to special counsel's effort to limit his remarks about FBI in documents case

"Trump's repeated mischaracterization of these facts in widely distributed messages as an attempt to kill him, his family, and Secret Service agents has endangered law enforcement officers involved in the investigation and prosecution of this case and threatened the integrity of these proceedings," prosecutors told Cannon, who was nominated to the bench by Trump.

Judge Aileen Cannon denies effort by Trump and co-defendants to dismiss some charges in classified documents case

The federal judge overseeing the federal criminal classified documents case against Donald Trump and his two co-defendants in Florida has denied efforts to dismiss nearly 10 of the 41 charges in the indictment against them on several technical issues. District Judge Aileen Cannon did, however, agree with the defendants that some of the language in the indictment was “legally unnecessary” and ruled that one of the paragraphs would be removed from the indictment.

I think all these delays with Judge Cannon and SCOTUS is too hold out for Trump’s sentencing with the Stormy Daniels case which is scheduled for July 11th.

I think SCOTUS is gonna rule this Friday that Trump doesn’t have immunity, the Jan 6 and Documents cases will be decided after his sentencing.

If Trump wasn’t an idiot, he would have request his 6th Amendment Right to a speedy trial. This would have forced the prosecution to rush trying to prepare a case which would have meant they would have presented a sloppy case, similar to the OJ Simpson trial.

All these delays have allowed the prosecution to make their cases sealed tight and making sure their “T” are crossed and their “I” are dotted.

The Supreme Court is not going to grant him immunity that’s one thing I could see happening. You may have Alito and Clarence Thomas as a descent, but the other ones are not going to play that game. Because they know the type of Pandora’s box that will open cannot be closed

If they grant Trump immunity then they're basically giving Biden a free pass to do whatever he wants while in office including the same shit did behind the scenes in his attempts to stay in office.

This. No matter what kind of maneuvering or manipulation they may want to consider, anything freedom they grant Trump will be even more freely granted to Biden, and there's at least six more months of that term for Biden to run rampant. ...which he probably would not do, but the threat being imminent should be enough to prevent a ruling granting immunity.

Mindy you, the entire idea of immunity was stupid to begin with, but we're past the point where the Court is going to be reasonable about stuff like that.
