So yeah, if I had the misfortune of being his lawyer, which means that he probably calls me six times a day to scream, "What are you doing for me?! I hired... you're doing nothing!" after call four of the day, I'd find any action or motion to keep him distracted, even if the action makes no sense from the perspective of his defense.
