she is clearly doing this to delay past midterms…

and doing this over an issue that’s not going to stop any criminal proceedings. She wouldn’t even be assigned the case… this would be filed in Washington

It's crazy to think that the government is having to sue and play games for the right to view and recover their own classified documents :smh:

Did you read the Twitter thread or just skim through it? Kise sidelined he’s pretty much off the trump case… It said kise opposed the DOJ effort to expedite the case meaning he tried to successfully oppose it and he wasn’t successful
