I love it! I'm already liking this dude.
I saw his press conference earlier today and was shocked that he wants an uptempo attacking offense...Most defensive coaches are usually conservative
Now I'm beginning to see why Elway liked this guy.
I like it because McCoy is versatile in developing a system that fits the strength of the players rather then trying to fit everyone in a system that doesn't suit the players. With McCoy you basically get flexibility and that I believe is what Elway wants.

Don't worry, the Rams defense isn't the Broncos defense. Wade's defense only works when you have the personnel. All the Rams have is a D-line; their linebackers and secondary are trash.

I think they're still going to hire Musgrave in some capacity just in case McCoy wants an head coaching job next season..
Also,I read that the Broncos was giving permission to talk to the Dolphins offensive line coach there...
They were 10 in pass defense this year,so I wouldn't say they were sorry in the department,but there secondary isn't fucking with ours though...
I hope the defense doesn't fall off with Joe Woods or Reggie Herring as the DC....Those two are suppose to be interviewing for the DC tomorrow,but from what I've been reading Joe Woods is the front runner.

The injury to Vance Walker fucked things up,because him,Wolf and Malik were the reasons why teams couldn't run on us during our Superbowl run.
Hopefully,his ACL gets heal and he's ready for mini and training camp.
I also hope Jordan Taylor or Derby get opportunities as our third receiving options on the offensive side...I read an article,how teams knew DT and Sanders were the only options and made it hard for Trevor to give it to them.

And,then you decided not to re-sign the architect of your defense.
I can't forget,how Elway expects everyone to take a pay cut to play for the organization.He could of easily re-signed Malik Jackson very cheap,but he let him,he could of signed Calais Campbell,but he want to be cheap for everything. and then you cut TJ Ward....
From,what I've been told the defense have given up,because the offense hasn't done shit at all.It's the same old bullshit with the offense:horrid redzone play,offensive line can't block,quarterback hasn't done anything yet I've tried to tell Broncos fans about Elway but they won't listen.
I have no sympathy for this organization,because they rather sign a guy that was cut by two teams within a year than sign Kap.The same Kaepnerick they wanted to trade for last year.....The fans deserves this also,because they wanted Osweiler over Kaepernick.

Apparently Elway won't do that until the end of the season. The three main things that hurt the Broncos this season were...
1. Hiring Vance Joseph as head coach. This dude is too soft. Doesn't hold anyone accountable.
2. Still no real option at Quarterback. Every QB on the Broncos roster sucks.
3. Letting Wade Phillips go. Our aggressiveness and ability to get turnovers as a Defense went with him. Wade has seen it all so he has more experience in knowing what to call in various situations and plays to the strength of the defense. Joe Woods on the other hand is out here dropping our best pass rusher Von Miller back in zones.
Getting a quarterback and a better coaching staff would solve a lot of problems.

Broncos need to pick up a real quarterback in the draft or free agency.
and you are 1000% right on the defense. that was the broncos bread and butter.
and once that is gone it has been over for them.
