I'm really looking foward to Flash next week. Just how much did he change by going back in time? Barry doesen't know anything about the Lazurus pit so how would they revive Sara after she was killed? Hopefully Barry wen't back far enough to avoid Olivers identity getting revealed. The time traveling is the only way to salvage season 3 of Arrow.

Also this new show is like Dr. Who with super heroes.

The abilities yall are posting from the wiki is not the same as the character on the tv show. The fact that Barry hasn't grabbed the gun from captain cold and shove it up his ass is bad writing.

Stop it. :hmm:

The Flash.... is the Flash.
Captain Cold... is Captain Cold.

It's the same fucking guy.
On TV. On the big screen. In the comics....

It's the same.

This was where you were supposed to say: "Hey I didn't know he had an 'absolute zero' degree force-field. so that kinda makes sense", or some shit like that.

But instead... You want every smallest detail 'spoon fed' to your ass, or its bad writing.

Because whatever powers that don't get spelled-out, invented, stumbled upon or specifically addressed ON THE TV SHOW... are completely impossible to account for, right ?

We get it.

YEah Flashpoint Paradox is on of DC's best animated movies. They should have made more comics with Thomas Wayne as batman, he was bad ass.

Damn...
now that was good comic book tv.
Iris just...you can't have her opening her wormhole to both of them like that.
like how Eddie could be trapped in the speed force.
reverse flash got some of the best villain lines ever.
already one of the best villains ever on tv, period.
so cisco can see vibrations now?
Hope that's how he will be an improvement on vibe.
great wedding song.
like how the dr. will be the new wells.
wentworth collecting those checks...a 3 sec appearance

I think there's a legitimate argument to be made to the point that if you gotta wiki characters abilities to fill in what's not said on the show....it's bad writing. The reality is that not everyone watching is a DC comic geek...they just wanna understand why Flash hasnt fucked dude up yet. If that's not covered in the show's writing...there's a legit claim that the writing is missing a step.

All that said....LOVED this finale. Had me on the edge of my seat not wanting it to end. Smallville lost me after a while and Arrow sucks to me...I was digging Constantine and hate that it got canned....but DC got it right with the Flash so far. They made a fan out of me.

And yes....Flashpoint Paradox is DC's best animated joint.:yes::yes:

C/S, but I only agree with your first paragraph to a degree. I was by no means a comic fan, but if you showed me the main heroes I could pick most out, villains? not a chance. I simply assumed he didn't just grab the gun and kill the guy because of some heroes code of honor or something. It never bothered me that he wasn't abusing his powers, if he did it wouldn't be much of a show :dunno:

That was some straight "EDGE OF YOUR SEAT" shit!

Out of all the "outcomes" going through in my head,
I honestly didn't foresee or didn't even think about "that one".

Definitely a HOLY SHIT!!! moment.

Well...

Quite a few of those.

But "that one" came out of nowhere.

I feel you....and Im not saying the writing is bad in that respect as others have said....just saying there is definitely legitimacy to that argument. I can certainly feel the position that good writing wouldnt leave you wondering on basic shit like why Flash doesnt just fuck Cold up.

Grant Gustin Reveals Plans To Introduce Alternate Timelines And Earth-Two In THE FLASH

Tonight, Barry Allen will travel back in time to try and save his mother from the Reverse-Flash. However, it sounds like his trip will have greater ramifications than we first thought as Grant Gustin reveals here that we're going to see different timelines and dimensions in season two.

Big changes are coming to the world of The Flash, with Grant Gustin revealing in an interview with TV Guide that Barry Allen's trip to the past in tonight's finale "doesn't necessarily go as planned," meaning that the future - including his marriage to Iris - will be subject to change. In fact, his trip might just change this world as we know it. "What's fun about this show is that there's going to be multiple timelines as we move forward," Gustin revealed. "I think we're going to start showing Earth-One and Earth-Two in the near future. There will be kind of different dimensions going on." So, does that mean that we'll have two different timelines running in the series at the same time?

It's hard to say, but this obviously opens the door to almost countless storytelling possibilities, and might just explain why we recently saw Jay Garrick's helmet in a Legends of Tomorrow set photo. It could also mean that we'll see alternate versions of characters we know, such as Killer Frost and Vibe, and might also result in The Flash existing in a world separate from Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow. "It gets a little Rubik's Cube-y in terms of keeping consistency between all these timelines and whatnot," Carlos Valdes says. "But the writers have their stuff together. If I were to trust anyone, it would be them." What do you think? As always, share your thoughts below.

im sitting here going -- WHY ARENT SAVING YOUR MOTHER, DUDE WHAT ARE YOU DOING?? :smh:

Then when Flash punched Wells from entering the wormhole, i figured okay. Wells, goes back in his cell. Barry's dad will be freed (from a confession) and the Wells/Flash drama will pickup next season.

Definitely a HOLY SHIT!!! moment.

to quote Quicksilver, i didnt see that one coming.

Nope. Didn't like it. Barry not saving his mother is ridiculous. Made no sense for him to stop like that. Shit you there. Then a wag of a finger and you don't even know why...

Nope. And eddie shooting himself. Like goddamn Eddie fuck. Dramatic.
