So shit just got real on the Flash.... I guess they are keeping with the zoom history a little bit. It looks like his powers are based around his ability to manipulate time. I do find it interesting that Barry can't feel his legs and Gorilla Grodd is in next week's episode. Zoom gained his powers from using the cosmic treadmill after he was paralyzed from the waist down from being involved in a battle with Gorilla Grodd.
Damn zoom embarrassed flash like when bane broke batmans back and showed off his broken body in gothams version of times square

That's how I want every villain to be..Absolutely without question RUTHLESS and TERRIFYING! If Zoom at this stage is better than The Flash...Show it! Show me how he DOMINATES his opponents w/o Mercy. Hell, have him show the world that he can...which he did!
I hate that Cisco was able to get a shot off in the end and actually get him. IMO, Yes! You'll get him eventually in the end. But right now you can't kill your bad guys vibe his swag by showing he's vulnerable.... at least not yet!

I'm going to have to chill from going in here too much myself. As a guy that grew up on the comics but stopped in my early teens I I remember a few characters but not many nor the story lines it is refreshing to see the new characters and not have remembered them from back in the day...love this show...and this thread is a great cliff notes to it...I just hate having to,hold my excitement and not tell,my kids until afterwards...but I do get exactly what you're saying. Man i hear you but that's just not happening. People are excited about the show and want an outlet to talk about all aspects of the show. Before, during, and after episodes. Spoiler and non-spoiler material included.
I think the fact that they can do that here is fantastic! For me, at least, it doesn't take anything away knowing x,y,z character is "appearing" on the show. Why? Because I don't know the exact circumstance behind that appearance and the specifics of what's going to happen. Knowing Zoom is the main villain spoils nothing...
Everyone knew that Zoom was going to be in this weeks episode. Everyone know that the girl was going to be acting as bait for Dr.Light. But, did that effect your enjoyment of this weeks episode? Seeing how it actually played out?

I just hope they don't pull an Arrow. Ra's Al Ghul as expected destroyed Oliver the 1st time they met with ease and truth be told that dominance should of persisted for quite sometime. But as we know by mid-season the wrote Oliver as being on par with him and by season end being good enough to beat him in one on one combat..

Supposedly, Gideon is "unlocked" by the presence Reverse Flash's ring, but the computer cannot operate anymore because the ring was destroyed when he got wiped out of existence. I guess they're saying the only reason Barry could access it before was because the ring was still in the room inside that display case with the suit.
Sounds like a really convoluted way of getting rid of an overpowered plot device.
