Kodi still works great for me I don't use builds, just the extensions for whatever I want. Haven't had a problem at all. Debrid is greatness.

Assist for the direct link to updated repo for white cream
in Kodi, go to file manager, add source...put in url and name it whatever (cream)
come out, go to settings, addons, add from zip, go to name you just made, install
come out, go to add from repo, select repo install Ultimate white cream
For the cams you can go to chaturbate...go to tags and select your favorite (female-ebony).

Here are the exact steps mentioned from the website.
How to Install Ultimate WhiteCream on Kodi Krypton/Leia:
- Open Kodi
- Select Settings (cog icon top left)
- Select File Manager
- Select Add Source
- Select None
- Type the following EXACTLY http://team-crew.github.io (or dobbelina, or the link Quek posted) and select OK
- Highlight the box underneath marked Enter a name for this media source
- Type crew then click OK
- Go back to your Home Screen
- Select Add-ons from the left hand menu
- Select Browser (icon that looks like a box top left)
- Select Install from zip file
- Select crew
- Select repository.thecrew-x.x.x.zip
- Wait for the Add-on enabled notification
- Select Install from Repository
- Select THE CREW REPO
- Select Video add-ons
- Select Ultimate WhiteCream
- Select Install
- Select OK if using Kodi 18+
- Wait for Add-on installed notification
