It's a cursed venue. You're following up what is a usually a dynamic or charismatic speech. Since it's a Democrat talking, they've probably just beaten people senseless with facts and truths as opposed to feelings. No one with any real credibility is going to line up for the task, and the wannabes are clearly not prepared to do it. On top of that, they had to be extra picky and find a (young) woman to try and speak to the very specific fuckups they have made against women.
